Product Availability:

Although availability may be indicated on our site, we cannot guarantee product availability or immediate delivery. We reserve the right, without liability or prior notice to revise, discontinue, or cease to make available any or all products or to cancel any order.

 

Delivery:

Orders will be processed

Monday-Friday 8am - 16pm  CET (german holidays excluded)


Deliveries are made (receipt provided) in the following 1-3 days
after the order was placed.

All European orders are shipped via DHL

 

 

Returns:

If you are a consumer who orders goods for a purpose that is neither commercial nor assign a freelancer, you have the right to terminate the contract at any time up to 14 days of receipt of goods to cancel (see below), if Grenco Science Webstore  has already informed about your right to cancel under the provisions on distance contracts. This information will be sent with the order confirmation by Grenco Science Webstore . These rules have some limitations. These limitations include (a) a specific product, eg perishable products, customized products, software for computers where the seal is broken or has been installed by you, sound and video recordings in which the seal is broken,  or (b) if we are committed to bringing you immediate service to provide. The revocation period begins upon receipt of the above information, but not before delivery of the merchandise to the customer. To exercise your right of cancellation, you must submit a notice of withdrawal to Grenco Science Webstore  in writing by hand, by post or by email, stating the goods ordered and if their delivery. A telephone submission of the declaration is also sufficient. An order cancellation form can be downloaded here! The revocation does not require justification. The withdrawal period has been satisfied, if the cancellation notice has been delivered on time. The notice of withdrawal must be submitted by letter to the following address:

In the event of a cancellation shall return to the respective services provided and it may have to charge a fee for the use to be made. You are in the exercise of your right of withdrawal after the goods responsible for returning the goods at their own expense or at the  Grenco Science Webstore supplier, provided the goods are not faulty or incorrectly described. The goods must be returned to the address specified in the instructions for your delivery. You must take reasonable steps to ensure that the goods are not damaged in the meantime or in transit. Once you have informed Grenco Science Webstore  of revocation of the contract, Grenco Science Webstore within 14 days to refund the amount paid in accordance with your payment or you will get a voucher for the goods. If you have to cancel the order within the cancellation period, but received the product already, you must immediately return the product within 14 days after delivery to the Grenco Science Webstore  suppliers. The details of the address for the return result from the documentation on the return.If the Grenco Science Webstore  supplier, the product does not receive from you, we can at your expense control the collection of the product of your delivery address. You have no right to cancel the contract for the appointment of computer software, where you have broken the seal, or if it is perishable, which by its very nature can not be returned except in the event of the discovery of an error which could only be detected by breaking the seal.

Once the item(s) return to us we will make the requested exchange and send it back to the provided address.
