YES. The best way to ensure optimum performance/longevity with your Grenco Science Product (microG Pen) is to perform simple cleaning procedures on a regular basis. The most important process lies in the removal of any excess essential oil residue from the connection point of the battery. To be more specific, when referencing the connection point, we mean to describe the part of the battery that is exposed once the coil has been removed. Simply take a Q-Tip, soak it in isopropyl rubbing alcohol, and gently wipe away any of the excess essential oil residue that may have collected there over time. With the microG Pen, it is also important to remove any excess essential oil residue from around the base of the titanium cylinder, on the outer part of the coil. If you notice this excess essential oil residue collecting anywhere, simply engage in this process two to three times a week. It will effectively prevent any disestablished connections between the battery and the coil while keeping the mouthpiece sanitary. Do not soak any of your components (microG Coil, microG Battery, Charger) in any type of cleaning solution or rubbing alcohol. This could compromise the pieces. Do not clean the inside of the coil, the area where the heating element lies. The heating element will essentially clean the inside of the coil by burning away any of the excess essential oil residue.

Original microG Battery Warranty

We offer a 1-year warranty on all electronic items (not including tank/coil systems). If you're experiencing an issue with the Original microG Battery, please contact Customer Service for information on how to get the item replaced. In order to qualify, you must have purchased from our website directly or have a valid receipt to show the date of purchase and the store in which it was purchased from. We do not assist with counterfeit products or any items purchased from third-party websites as most of the counterfeit items are distributed through those channels.

When and how can I contact the Customer Service Department for assistance?

The Customer Service Department is available Monday through Friday, 10:00am to 6:00pm CET. For immediate concerns or assistance please call the Customer Service Department to speak with a representative directly. We are here to help and can be reached by phone, email or through Live Chat. ​Live Chat is a helpful tool for discussing the product and asking general questions, but remember, a Customer Service Representative is only available to chat Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm PST. Emailing [email protected] is a great way to seek out assistance. You will receive a timely response from a representative ready to help! Note: The Customer Service Department is closed during weekends, and most national holidays.

Shipping
How long will it take for my order to ship?

My package did not arrive because I provided an incorrect name and/or address. What now?

When placing an order, remember to double-check the accuracy of the order details. Entering incorrect information can cause delays/compromise package delivery. The information provided when the initial order is placed is the same information used on the shipping label for the package. Spelling/attention to detail are pertinent. If the customer enters incorrect address information, the package will most likely be returned to our facility. In this event a Customer Service Representative will contact you to obtain the correct information so that they may send the package to the correct address. Please be aware that one will be charged for the shipping costs to send a "return to sender" package back out for a second time. If one has made the mistake of inputting the incorrect address, please create a new account for future orders to prevent complications.

My tracking number shows "delivered" but I have no package, what is going on?

Confirmation emails will be sent to the customer during each stage of the shipping process. The customer is always provided with the tracking number so that they may keep a watchful eye on their package's shipping route. Once the package is processed and expedited from a Grenco Science facility, the package becomes the responsibility of the shipping carrier. If you have not received your package in the time frame you expected, simply track your package via the tracking number provided in the confirmation email. The UPS or DHL site will tell you the status of your shipment. If the package says it's been delivered and you do not have the item(s) in your possession, you need to contact the shipping carrier directly. From this point forward you can file a claim to launch an investigation into what has happened. As the shipper, we are happy to provide and shipping carrier with any information that may aid in the investigation of a lost or stolen package.

How do I receive free shipping on my Grenco Science Order?

All orders totaling 50,00€ or more will receive free shipping within Germany.

Is there anything I need to know when shipping internationally?

YES

All international shipments are subject to fees when crossing borders. Generally, Customs will implement taxation and brokerage fees that vary based on where the package is being shipped to, how far it has to travel outside US territory, along with the value and weight of the package. It is common for these fees to be applied for any international shipments. We are doing our best to try and establish a uniform brokerage fee for all international packages. The taxation is determined by Customs and cannot be tampered with. Please be advised that these fees are normal and are often times applied to international shipments.

Warranty
Is my Grenco Science product covered under warranty?

All Grenco Science, electronics (battery + charger) are automatically covered under a one-year Warranty. This is a service that Grenco Science provides for all of its customers. One does not need to purchase anything in order to receive this feature. If you are having trouble with either your G Pen Battery or G Pen Charger, please contact the customer service department either by email or phone. The staff is available Monday through Friday from 10:00am to 6:00pm, CET. Please keep in mind, a warranty system is one that requires a copy of a receipt or proof of purchase. We are always happy to provide assistance, even to those without this documentation, but providing a receipt enables a Customer Service representative to help in a more efficient way. Without the receipt one will be subjected to a nominal fee in regard to warranty replacements.

Is my tank/coil under warranty?

Our warranty only applies to electronic parts (batteries & chargers). All of our tanks and coils are consumable, meaning they will need to be replaced once in a while. Each tank/coil has a specific durability index. If you have any problems with your tanks/coils within 7 days of the date you received them, please contact us immediately at [email protected] or +49 234 8939839 in order for us to assist you accordingly.
